Start on the top pinboard toolbar. Use Add screen (the screen-plus icon), then use Add group (the grid-plus icon). After a group exists, open the group's Pinus Maximus three-dot menu and choose Add item, or double-click an empty group when that shortcut is available.

Open Control Center > Hotkeys to enable, disable, update, or reset shortcuts for screen navigation, focusing the search box, switching to the previous or next search provider, Batch Select, screen operations, opening Control Center, and opening Control Center tabs directly. Batch Select uses Alt+Shift+X and screen operations use Alt+Shift+O by default. Settings tabs use Alt+Shift+1 through Alt+Shift+8 by default; Backup & import, Logs, Ways to Support, and Help use Alt+Shift+B, Alt+Shift+L, Alt+Shift+W, and Alt+Shift+H. The shortcuts work only on the Pinus Maximus new tab page and are ignored while typing in fields or using dialogs.

Use Edit for the group's details and Delete to remove it after confirmation. The same menu also contains actions such as move, pack, or open all links when they apply. If the same group is already open in another tab, Pinus Maximus warns before editing, moving, deleting, or packing it so one dialog cannot interfere with another. Deleting a group can remove the items inside it, so confirm only when that is intended.
